Serenity

When I stepped out onto my back deck this morning this is the word that would describe how I felt seeing the lake, the sky, the moon in their glory...loved the soft colors...just soothing. Every single day this angle of the lake looks different. I have to snap it so often and for that I apologize but I just can't help it! Just wanted to share a piece of what I call my little paradise.

  1. Hi, Cyndi!
Oh, if I had that view out my back door, I would snap it every morning ~ don't worry, I don't think anyone will get tired of it! ♥

Oh, dear, Cyndi...I worried that I wasn't explaining that tutorial quite right, and since it was one of the first things I had put on my blog (since I came back to blogging) the pictures and text didn't come out like I wanted them to the first time around (the text was all over the place, due to the photo size and font size I guess...BUT, I redid it all last night (especially for you, but hopefully it will just be better all around!) ~ anyway, now I have big photos with their correct text right under them...SO much better! Anyway, the wire through the hat is on the second bake, through the unbaked clay, (I'm so sorry if I wasn't clear on which bake that was...face and beard first, then bake so you don't have to worry about those, then hat, "fur" trim, and stick the wire through right before mica or glitter. If you can go look again (I'd be so pleased if you'd let me know what you think of the re-do), I put some extra photos on. I'm so sorry about yours, but really, if you can get that hardened hat off there...(you may have to SAW it off!) you can go right ahead and do new hats, that way your faces and beards won't be lost...it's unlimited, really, on how much you add and bake...♥♥♥
Please let me know what happens!
    Hugs,
    Anne
